How to apply for an Iran visa?
All Iranian tourist visas are for a maximum of 30 days. But, it is expandable in some cities.
Visa issuance procedure:
We can help issue your visa in coordination with the visa service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (M.O.F). After completing the information requested on the visa form (in two separate attachments for individual and group travelers), we transfer your visa application to the M.O.F. This process takes a maximum of 3 working days after sending the request form to the mentioned department.
Your visa authorization as a reference number will be sent simultaneously to you and to the Iranian consulate or embassy in the place where you applied for an Iran visa. This visa authorization is based on your M.O.F application file, after which the Iranian Embassy will issue your visa to you.
Still, you have a free hand to plan and schedule your entire travel itinerary. In addition, we are able to help you plan your trip with as few restrictions as possible and will do our utmost to remain flexible according to your needs.
You are better off making all your travel arrangements including accommodation, domestic flights and/or a private car and guide/driver throughout the trip in advance. The maximum duration of a tourist visa is 30 days. However, it is at the discretion of the country's Foreign Ministry offices to extend your visa. Visas can be collected at any Iranian Consulate or Embassy (Consulate Section) around the world, even at the Iranian Interests Section of the Pakistan Embassy in Washington DC. In the USA. Visa procedures for US, UK, Canadian and Australian citizens take longer as we need 20-30 business days. Please note that you must inform us at the time of application which country you wish to collect your visa from.
-Iran visa on arrival

Citizens of many countries can apply for a fifteen-day tourist visa upon their arrival in the administration visa office of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs situated in Iran’s Imam Khomeini- Mehr Abad- Mashhad- Shiraz- Tabriz and Isfahan Airports.
According to what was mentioned above European citizens of Albania, Slovenia, Slovakia, Germany, Austria, Ukraine, Italy, Ireland, Belarus, Belgium, Bulgaria, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Portugal, Denmark, Romania, Sweden, Switzerland, France, Finland, Kyrgyzstan, Cyprus, Luxemburg, Netherlands, Poland, Croatia, Russia, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Norway, Hungary, Vietnam, Yugoslavia, and Greece are welcomed to receive fifteen-days tourist visa upon their arrival.
Among Asian and Pacific Oceania countries, citizens of Azerbaijan, Armenia, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, Bahrain, Turkmenistan, Syria, Lebanon, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Palestine, Qatar, Kuwait, United Arab Emirates, Yemen, India, Sri Lanka, China, Mongolia, Indonesia, Thailand, Japan, Philippines, South Korea, North Korea, Brunei, Malaysia, Singapore, and Australia are also eligible to receive Iran visa on arrival.
Other countries in South America including Brazil, Peru, Colombia, Cuba, Mexico, New Zealand, Venezuela, and also two African countries including Tunisia, and Algeria are allowed to travel to Iran and apply for a tourist visa just at the airport.
Iran visas on arrival will not be issued for citizens of the United States, Great Britain, Canada, Colombia, Iraq, Afghanistan, Pakistan, Bangladesh, India, Somalia. So, if you are looking for traveling to Iran from Us., Britain or Canada take that in mind; your visa processing will normally take more time to be issued.
